Hello fellow Silverado Ranch HOA Laveen member. You have arrived here because you are a member of our HOA and you were sent an invitation to be part of our group. Membership is open to all members of our HOA. Others are also welcome, but some of the information here is specific to our HOA. This site is a forum for our members to view and talk about important topics that affect us all.
MENU ITEMS
It’s sometimes hard to know where to find information pertaining to our HOA and HOA’s in general so we have provided several links to internal and external sites on the menu at the tops of all pages on this site. Our goal is to provide a one-stop place where you can easily navigate to the information you need without having to do a lot of internet searches.
The Posts menu item links to an area on our site where site authors share their thoughts on important topics for our HOA members. Currently these blogs are only authored by our site team, but if you would like to submit a guest article or become part of our team please click on the Contact menu item and let us know what you want to do.
Contact is an internal link that provides an opportunity for our members to contact the site team directly. When the Contact page opens, your site user name and email are already filled in if you are a member. Otherwise, you will need to fill in the information. There is a space below these items where you can let us know what’s on your mind. We would like to know if there are any specific items you would like to address.
SR HOA Docs provides quick access to SEARCHABLE government and HOA governing documents. A list of the documents is shown in the order of precedence, with government documents having precedence over HOA documents and the Declaration having precedence over all other HOA documents.
IFPM Login Integrity First Property Management member login) This is an external link to the property management company that Silverado Ranch HOA uses to manage our association’s affairs. This site is very useful to members because you can find information specific to you as well as HOA-related items such as governing documents, calendar, meeting minutes and newsletters. You should have received the login information for this site from our Community Manager, Shauna Richardson. If you have misplaced it you can contact Shauna to get the information you need. SR HOA Facebook external link connects to the Silverado Ranch Homeowners Association Facebook page which is administered by others. That site does not appear to be active and was removed from the menu.
Nextdoor is a useful external website that covers many HOA’s in the area and it provides a place to talk about things like how to do maintenance tasks and recommendations for who to hire if you don’t have time or skills to do things yourself. This link connects you to the Nextdoor.com main page where you can create a new account if you don’t have one.
HOA-Related Laws links to a page on our site where you can then link to Arizona State Government official sites where you can find laws that affect our HOA. Some hints for navigating those websites are provided.
HOA Disputes links to the Arizona Department of Real Estate. There you can find out more about HOA’s and learn about the appeals process for homeowners who are unable to resolve disputes with their HOA. Hopefully disputes can be resolved without resorting to this process, but if it becomes necessary it’s good to know that it’s there.
LAHOA link opens the Laveen Association of Homeowners Associations in a new tab. This website contains useful information about issues concerning Laveen residents such as proposed zoning changes and planned projects.
